  SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and DATE OF BIRTH  

Stamped Out offers genuine issue military identification tags or dog tags custom imprinted with your supplied information. Current military issue identification tags contain name information as well as social security number information. While Stamped Out offers our customers the most accurate and authentic identification tags possible we must make mention of the use of one's social security number SSN on personal identification tags.

  Our standing policy as it relates to the use of SSN is: Stamped Out recommends against placing Social Security Number (SSN) or Date of Birth (DOB) on any dog tags or identification tags that are intended for EITHER children under the age of 18 or ANYONE who is prone to loosing or misplacing things.

The above being stated; Stamped Out will imprint anything a customer wants on his/her identification tags and we will print Social Security Number and/or Date of Birth if requested to do so. One option to maintain authenticity is to alter the last two or four digits of the Social Security Number or to replace the Social Security Number with something such as a phone number or other number.

  AT THE POINT WHEN STAMPED OUT DELIVERS A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT TO THE SHIPPER/CARRIER OR END PURCHASER THAT PRODUCT AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THAT PRODUCT ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SHIPPER/CARRIER AND/OR END USER. 

  STAMPED OUT IS NOT LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREON ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY OR IS DELIVERED TO THE SHIPPER/CARRIER AND/OR END USER.
